STORRS, Conn. - The UConn baseball team (29-16, 12-4 BIG EAST) outscored Seton Hall, 27-5, in a doubleheader sweep on Senior Day at Elliot Ballpark.
The Huskies jumped out to a 4-0 lead in game one on a grand slam homer from Pat Winkel. The UConn catcher carried the Huskies in game one with a 3-3 performance that featured a multi-homer performance and seven RBIs in the ballgame.

Erik Stock, Reggie Crawford and David Langer all added RBI knocks to make it 4-0 Huskies.
After the Pirates got the score to 4-3 in the fourth, the Huskies responded with Langer and Ciaran Devenney delivering RBI singles in the fifth.
The Huskies blew the game open in the sixth with a six-run frame that featured a three-run homer from Crawford, his 11th long ball of the season.
Heading into the final day of the regular season, the Huskies need a win or a Creighton loss tomorrow to clinch the BIG EAST regular season title. First pitch is a 1 p.m. against the Pirates
