STORRS, Conn. - The UConn women's soccer team lost to Brown, 5-0, on Thursday night at Morrone Stadium.
The Huskies were out-shot 18-11 overall and the Bears had a 10-3 advantage on corner kids
Freshman MaryKate Ward made a career-high six saves in the second half.
Sophia McCarthy led the way on the offesnvie end with three shots.
Next up, UConn will face Syracuse on Sunday, September 12 at 1 p.m. at Morrone Stadium
