UConn Set to Face Boston University

Storrs, Conn. - The women's ice hockey team prepares for a home and home series against Boston University on Nov. 18 and Nov. 19 in a Hockey East matchup. The Huskies host the Terriers at Freitas Ice Forum on Friday at 6 PM and then travel on Saturday for game two to Boston, MA.
UConn is coming off back-to-back sweeps against ranked opponents. First it was Boston College and then it was Providence. The Huskies are now ranked No. 12 in the nation. They currently hold a 10-4-2 overall record and a 6-4-2 conference record.
The first year forward, Brooke Campbell showed out in the last two-game series as she finished with two assists and one goal. Meanwhile, Jada Habisch netted two goals in game two to add to her season total of six goals. She currently leads the team for the most goals scored this season. Additionally, goaltender Tia Chan had 46 saves to make it 373 total saves on the season.
Scouting Boston University
The Terriers enter the matchup 4-8-0 overall and 3-7-0 in Hockey East play. Boston University split the home and home series against No. 13 Vermont. The Terriers are led by Julia Nearis. Last weekend, the senior forward finished with three assists and one goal. She leads the team in goals with five and is tied with Lacey Martin for the most assists with seven.
