STORRS, Conn. - The University of Connecticut women's ice hockey team is set for a home and home series against Northeastern Friday, Nov. 3 and Saturday, Nov. 4. The Huskies will travel to Boston on Friday and then host the other Huskies on Saturday night.
Women's ice hockey stands at 3-3-1 overall and 2-3-0 in Hockey East play. Last time out, UConn Huskies blew out Providence 6-1 on Friday, Oct. 27.Leading the way is Coryn Tormala with two goals and four assists this season. Also, goaltender Tia Chan is up to 137 saves.Â
Scouting Northeastern
Entering the matchup, the Huskies are 7-4-0 overall and 3-2-0 in Hockey East action. Last time out, Northeastern split the home and home series against Holy Cross on October 27 and 28. Leading the way is Peyton Anderson with seven goals and two assists.Â
