HARTFORD, Conn. - The No. 20 UConn baseball team (23-8) defeated Central Connecticut State (17-7), 10-4, on Monday afternoon at Dunkin' Park.

Luke Broadhurst gave the Huskies the lead in the second with a two-run homer, his sixth of the season, to make it 2-1.Â
The Stafford Springs, Conn. native finished the day with three runs batted in, his fifth multi-RBI game during his 11-game hit streak.
Bryan Padilla drove in three runs on the afternoon with a pair of run scoring doubles.Â
Catcher Matt Garbowski recorded his second three-hit in the last five games and scored a career-high three runs in the game.Â
