STORRS, Conn. - The UConn baseball team (14-12) received some Elliot Ballpark magic on Tuesday afternoon with a 9-8 come-from-behind victory against Bryant.
The Huskies trailed 8-3 going to the bottom of the seventh inning before rallying for three runs in the seventh and three more in the eighth to take its first lead since the first inning.
Kyler Fedko smoked a two-run triple, his second three-bagger of the game, in the seventh to make it an 8-5 Bulldogs lead. Reggie Crawford, who hits a two-run homer in the first inning, brought Kyler in on an RBI ground out to cut the deficit to two.

UConn reliever Justin Willis came on in the eighth and provided a key shutdown frame to keep the Huskies within a pair. The Huskies rallied with two outs in the eighth inning.
Zach Bushling reached on his second hit-by-pitch of the day and advanced to second on a single off the bat of Kyler Fedko. Crawford followed with a two-strike RBI single to make it a one-run game. It was the fourth RBI of the day for the 2 YR FR.Â
With Pat Winkel at the plate, Jackson Harrigan uncorked a wild pitch to bring home Fedko and tie the game at 8-8. A few pitches later, the UConn catcher smashed an RBI double into right center to give the Huskies the lead.
In the ninth the Bulldogs threatened with runners at first and second and no outs but Reggie Crawford struck out the middle of the Bryant order to earn his first career save and complete the comeback.
